Truss Type Balance Arm
Product Category: Fastening Technology
The truss balance arm is designed for tightening applications involving larger-volume products. Adopting an ergonomic design, it enables simple operation and allows a clear view of the screw tightening position, while the weight of the tool is fully counterbalanced by the arm. As a proven process control method, it improves process reliability; it also significantly reduces motion inertia, thereby enhancing operational friendliness.
To meet the assembly and tightening control requirements of truss balance arms, WELLS has developed a dedicated data traceability software system, providing an integrated solution for full-process digitalization, traceability and management of key tightening processes.
Data corresponding to each screw on every product is recorded and uploaded to a designated database for later traceability. During tightening operations, the operator starts the task by scanning the product code. Upon completion of each operation, the tool uploads the tightening result data. Through our software, tightening results are bound to the product code. In the event of a quality issue with the customer’s product, the customer can easily retrieve the historical tightening data via the traceability code.
