The SITUO 5-ton Servo Radial Riveting Machine is a high-precision, intelligent riveting equipment independently developed by Wuxi SITUO Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. Combining servo control and radial riveting technology, it is specially designed for automotive parts, new energy, precision hardware and other industries, to meet the riveting requirements of high strength and high consistency.
Adopting a welded frame with aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, the equipment features stable structure, excellent shock resistance and durable operating accuracy in long-term operation. Equipped with a standard 5-ton servo power system, it realizes dual closed-loop control of pressure and displacement. The displacement accuracy reaches ±0.01mm and the pressure accuracy is 0.5% FS. It supports multiple control modes including pressure control, position control and multi-section process, suitable for riveting of solid rivets, semi-hollow rivets and complex special-shaped parts.
Fitted with a 10-inch industrial touch screen and intelligent control system, it has an intuitive interface for quick setting of parameters such as riveting pressure, rotating speed and pressure holding time. It enables real-time data collection, storage and traceability, facilitating quality control and process optimization. The radial riveting head is made of high-hardness alloy material for outstanding wear resistance and durability. It delivers stable, low-noise and non-impact riveting with minimal workpiece deformation and high connection strength.
