Aumex Desktop Offline Label Quality Inspection System is an intelligent inspection equipment integrating a high-resolution CIS image sensor, a high-performance industrial computer, a high-definition display and an automatic winding and unwinding mechanism. The system is specially designed for scenarios that require offline quality inspection of large batches of labels. It can perform comprehensive and accurate printing quality inspection on label raw materials before labeling. During the inspection process, the system can real-time identify various unqualified (NG) conditions including code reading abnormalities, printing defects and duplicate codes. Once a quality problem is found, the equipment will automatically stop running and accurately locate the defective label to the waste removal station, facilitating operators to intuitively confirm and perform quick removal, effectively ensuring the overall quality of label finished products and production efficiency.
