YS1 is a multi-functional light-load transfer system tailored for small product assembly, and is widely applied to manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic equipment or production lines in 3C electronics and automotive component industries.
It mainly adopts modular units including pallet conveyor, transverse conveying, positioning and curve units to ensure maximum production reliability. The modular construction not only improves the efficiency of design solutions, but also makes production operations more reasonable and convenient.‌

‌1）WP1 workpiece pallets are available in three standard dimensions: 80×80mm, 120×120mm and 160×160mm, with a maximum allowable gross pallet weight of 3kg; custom non-standard pallet dimensions are also available.‌
‌2）The pallet conveyor uses timing belt as the transmission medium, with a maximum accumulation load of 30kg per single section.‌
‌3）YS1 provides three main types of curve units (90°, 180°, 360°) and transverse conveying units, to meet the requirement of any direction changeover for pallets on the conveyor.‌
‌4）The positioning unit enables precision positioning of workpieces pallets, while various conveying control units support pallet damping stop and position sensing.
