In the smartphone screen manufacturing process, dispensing is a key process that directly affects the bonding quality of various screen components and the overall product performance. Traditional dispensing processes can often only achieve flat or simple curved surface dispensing. However, the diversity of current smartphone designs requires dispensing equipment to adapt to various curved surfaces and angles. Five-axis or higher-axis dispensing solutions combined with vision have become an effective way to improve production efficiency and product quality.
