Dual-Head Intelligent Go/No-Go Gauge Inspection Robot
Product Category: Industrial Robots and Robotic Arms
1.The design adopts an open double-head structure, with one end being the "reference gauge" and the other end being the "stop gauge". The double-head structure can automatically switch within an extremely short period of time, ensuring seamless operation. The detection is completed in one step, from passing to stopping. It is twice as rigorous and twice as efficient. No manual intervention is required throughout the process, thereby enhancing production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
2.Gauge inspection: The servo/torque motor drives the gauge to screw into the thread at the set torque. The displacement sensor monitors the depth of insertion and the resistance. Insertion to the bottom under the specified torque is considered (qualified), otherwise it is judged as unqualified.
3.Gauge pin inspection: When the gauge pin is inserted, if it exceeds the set number of turns (such as 2 turns) or the depth, it is judged as. Simulate the logic of an artificial gauge pin and quantify the criteria.
4.It is equipped with a highly sensitive sensor that can promptly detect changes in contact force and torque, enabling adaptive and compliant insertion.
5.Real-time data collection is displayed, including the total number of tests, the number of qualified tests, the number of unqualified tests, the insertion angle, the rotational speed, and real-time data monitoring.
6.Support the visual guidance positioning system. Through the industrial camera, the center position of the threaded hole is identified, guiding the detection head to precisely align, ensuring the concentricity of the insertion, and avoiding damage to the threads and incorrect detection caused by deviation of alignment.
